Adaptation du manga Web-han Working!! de Takatsu Karino. L'histoire nous plonge dans le quotidien de Daisuke Higashida, un jeune lycéen du lycée Higashizaka. Alors qu'il mène une vie plutôt paisible, l'entreprise de ses parents fait faillite. Gagnant peu d'argent, il a dû résilier son abonnement de train et doit parcourir plusieurs kilomètres chaque jour en vélo pour aller à son lycée. Un jour, son père lui ordonne de trouver un travail à temps partiel. C'est ainsi qu'il se retrouve dans un restaurant familial complètement déjanté.
