Né le 24 octobre 1960 à San Francisco, Californie, BD Wong est un acteur américain d’origine chinoise, reconnu pour sa polyvalence au théâtre, au cinéma et à la télévision. Il débute sur Broadway, remportant un Tony Award pour son rôle dans M. Butterfly (1988). Au cinéma, il incarne le Dr Henry Wu dans la saga Jurassic Park (1993, 2015-2022) et apparaît dans Seven Years in Tibet (1997). À la télévision, il est célèbre pour son rôle du Dr George Huang dans New York, unité spéciale (2001-2015), ainsi que pour ses performances dans Oz (1997-2003) et Mr. Robot (2015-2019). Wong prête aussi sa voix à Li Shang dans Mulan (1998). Salué pour son talent, il reste une figure influente du divertissement.
